a newly declassified document gives a fascinating glimpse into the us militareys se plan for information operations. the declassified information is called information road ramp. it was obtained by the National Security Archive at Georgia Washington university for using freedom of information act. officials in the pentagon wrote in 2003. the security of defence, Donald Rums field signed it. the operations described in the document include a surprising rain of military activity's: officers who brief journals, psychological operation troops who try to manipulate the thoughts and beliefs of an enemy, computer network attack specialists who seeks to destroy enemy networks. The military psychological operations or Psyops, is finding its way on to the computer television screens of typical Americans.
